Commercial Introduction Commercial work provides the core of Midland Painting business and so we take great pride in our jobs. Whether it be a completely new building, addition to an existing structure, small office or complete redecoration to interior or exterior we have the knowledge, skill and resources to handle all your needs. New Housing We are the favoured contractor for many small and large housing developers. We have an assortment of housing sites ranging from developments with one house through to 800+ houses. We are able to provide development specific documentation as featured on our Health and Safety Page.
Education Establishments During the summer months we are busy with our school redecorations. We are the favoured contractor for many private and state establishments throughout Bedfordshire. We decorate both exterior and interior, and welcome any new schools or colleges who wish for works to be carried out during the holidays. (list of schools for reference’s can be provided) Health Authorities We are pleased to be on Bedfordshire NHS hospital approved contractor list. Works consist of various ward blocks, offices, corridor areas, accident and emergency areas. We have recently completed the external of the South Wing main ward block which was a 7 storey building. We have also carried out various decorations to ambulance stations throughout Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire. |

Office Redecorations Does your office need a facelift then look no further We also understand the issue of timing, firms should not have to close for refurbishment and hence lose business, while the decorating is being carried out and so we can offer out of hours working. Works can be completed in the minimum amount of time with little or no inconvenience to our customers.
